The best igniter move to start the speed before pool workout. Make correct shoulder side raises for 15 reps for one round and pass to the push-ups.
Push-Ups
Yea without triceps we cannot show off. To get the attention around the pool you need triceps. Repeat until fail for one round and pass to crunches.
Crunches
Go do crunches. Not too much but fast enough. We will make sure they will stand still.
Dumbbell Row
Goon you need your back. They will look after you push your best for dumbbell row. these muscles are hard to stress. We will do 12 repeats for two rounds. Rest only 30 seconds between rounds.
Biceps Curls
This can go crazy. If you have a lady waiting for you around the pool don’t overdo bicep curls and choose option L, thank us later. If you don’t have someone waiting for you choose option P.
Option L
Repeat 5 times for 3 rounds. Rest 20 seconds between rounds.
Option P
Repeat 15 times for 5 rounds. Rest 35 seconds between rounds. This will burn you but you need fire to burn around.
Plank
Yea, we need it, to sum up, the exercise. Just do a plank for 30 seconds and rest for 20 seconds then 30 seconds more. Now you are hard as a rock. You can go to your sunbed.
